This pretty flower at the top was made from washi tape! This is one of the new Stampin' Up items in the catalog and you can make flowers out of it - it is called Pressed Petals Specialty Washi Tape on p. 172. The individual petals can be peeled off separately to create flowers and there is a Bird Ballad trinket in the center here. The petals are sticky on the back but if you use your embossing buddy (powder anti-static bag) on the finished flower, you can get these pretty curled edges on your flowers.  Adding the petals to a punched piece of card stock works well for easy placement and you can make flowers with 5 or 8 petals and get 20 five petal flowers from one roll of washi tape. This washi tape is part of this lovely suite of products:

You can purchase all of these products in my online store:

Don't forget, if you order the washi tape and a few other items  during the month of July, for every $50 you spend (before shipping and tax) you earn a $5 Bonus Days coupon code, which you’ll be able to redeem in August!

Paper Pumpkin monthly kit news for July!

Hope you have been enjoying some type of summer activity; one of my furbabies, Inu, found a way to be cool - air-conditioned chairs!

The other furbaby, Tootsi, just likes to be cute by showing her fuzzy white tummy:

Since it has been over 100 degrees daily here in Arizona, we have been taking our walks at nite when it is in the 80's.  So I got them lighted dog collars/leashes so we would be seen, since we almost got hit once crossing a semi-lit intersection:

The news from Stampin' Up concerns the monthly kits, Paper Pumpkin!

Paper Pumpkin is excited to announce that they will be taking coordination to a whole new level with their July On My Mind kit. You can mix and match this kit with not one, not two, but three suites in the new annual catalog from Stampin’ Up!  The three suites are Woven Threads (p. 13-14), Garden Lane (p. 40-41) and Come Sail Away (p. 144-145)

The amount of coordination for the kit is a little bit crazy and super fun. Can you see a peek of the kits in the top photo above?  You’re going to love it, so don't miss out! Subscribe by July 10 for mix-and-match summer fun with July’s kit.

You can do this in my online store:  www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/marynoble/

If you do subscribe, send me an email when you get your July kit and ask me for some of the alternative projects you can also make with it, OK?

Get ready - summer is here; tropical chic!

Yessiree summer is definitely here with all the greenery blooming....and that means allergies and making sure the air conditioner works....since ours has not been working well, we had a new one installed this week.  And went one whole day without air conditioning in hot Arizona - 90+ degrees on that day, ugh.  Glad to have it now working well since it will be 100+ the rest of the week. So are both of my furbabies, who just had puppy trims and baths, so they will be nice and cool as well:

What have you been doing to stay cool?  One thing you can do is play with some of the new Stampin' Up products in the new catalog!  This set, the Tropic Chic is perfect for summer fun:
