Paper Craft Crew challenge #15; blog candy winner!

Time for another card sketch design challenge with Paper Craft  Crew #15!
Above is the card design sketch to use, and below is my card - Christmas (surprise, NOT!)

Some of the other great designer team members were thinking Christmas as well!

You can upload your card at this website.

Just some things to think about as you play along with us this week:
  • You may flip or rotate the sketch, change or replace the shapes, but please make sure the general layout is recognizable.
  • Share a direct link to your creation, not just your blog, using the InLinkz feature at the end of this post. If InLinkz is down, please add a link with your comment.
  • If you don't have a blog, don't worry! You can still use inLinkz by linking to your photo posted on Facebook or a similar social media site.
  • The Paper Craft Crew Design Team are Stampin' Up! Demonstrators and as such, we would like to see a minimum of 2 Stampin' Up! products or stamped images used on your card but don't let that stop you from participating.
  • Only those individuals that have at least 2 Stampin' Up! products or stamped images are eligible for any blog candy that may be offered along with being a "featured participant."
  • When uploading to online galleries, please use keyword PCCCS015.
  • POSTING END TIME: If you'd like to be considered as one of our Featured Participants, please be sure to link your project by Wednesday, November 14th at 10 AM EST and link your post over, OK?

Fun projects to make with Rosettes - diecut or score?

I just love ROSETTES, don't you?!  Here are some rosettes I made on my Halloween/Fall printer tray:

And here is a card where I made 2 rosettes:

Stampin Up has a couple great tools to make them up quickly!
See this cute rosettes in vases project?  How pretty they are in this color, don't you think?

Make big, gorgeous rosettes in seconds with the Designer Rosette Bigz XL die. Finished rosettes are up to 10" in diameter.   Create the paper rosettes you love in no time! This die and your Big Shot do the cutting and scoring for you. Features two designer edges for different rosette styles.
Cut rosettes up to 10" diameter.
Spacing between each fold is 1/2".
Use with Extended Premium Crease Pad and Extended Cutting Pad.
Die measures 6" x 13-3/4". Instructions included.

Here is another fun project you can make with Rosettes - yeah I know Halloween is over but Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming, so this is easily made up in colors for those holidays with the Bigz diecut.
Halloween (or other occasion) Favor Box with Rosette:  If you don’t have Designer Rosette Bigz XL die, you can use the Simply Scored tool for designing and making fun rosettes. It helps you make perfectly measured score marks for gorgeous rosettes--every time!

Here is the Simply Scored tool and info about it:

Simply Scored Set #122334:  If purchased from me/my online store, your price is $29.95.  Take the chore out of scoring!
The Simply Scored Scoring Tool’s base fits paper or card stock up to 12" x 12" and features score tracks every 1/8".
Features two easy-to-read rulers (with inch markings down to 1/8") along top and left side for perfect scoring. (One standard left-to-right ruler and one zero center ruler.) Includes three markers and stylus.
Bottom of base has nonmarking and nonskid feet to secure it on your work area. Base measures approximately 15-1/8" x 13-1/4" x 1".
Comes with a high-quality stylus instead of a plastic bone folder and unique set of 3 place markers that let you mark your score lines when creating multiple projects with the same score lines.
There is a hidden storage compartment in the back of the base to hold your scoring tools!
These are the other Stampin Up supplies needed to make the favor boxes:

·       Spooky Bingo Bits - Clear-Mount Stamp

·       Teeny Tiny Wishes Clear-Mount Stamp Set
·       Old Olive 8-1/2X11 Card Stock
·       Rich Razzleberry 8-1/2" X 11" Card Stock
·       Whisper White 8-1/2X11 Card Stock
·       Designer Series Paper Patterns Stack - Brights Collection
·       Designer Series Paper Patterns Stack - Neutrals Collection
·       Old Olive Classic Stampin' Pad
·       Rich Razzleberry Classic Stampin' Pad
·       Jet Black StāzOn Pad
·       Basic Rhinestones Jewel Accents
·       Lucky Limeade 3/8 Inch Ruffled Ribbon
·       Stampin' Dimensionals
·       1-3/8 Inch Circle Punch and punch pack
Either of these rosette making tools would keep your children, teenagers, grandchildren (or maybe even hubby) busy for a while and use up your scraps!  You could have them decorate the rosettes with glitter, glimmer paper, foil, and other bling for tree ornaments, fireplace/door banner, or put on a gift!
How else could these rosettes be used?

Magnets on the fridge??

Advice from my furbaby!  Inu says:
DO YOU:
Want a few stamps, papers, supplies?  Place an order with me.
Want a lot of stamps and free stuff too?  Host a workshop for yourself and friends.
Want it all, the discounts, newsletters, etc.?  Become a demonstrator.
Ask me how!
