I made up a belated birthday card for a special girl who just got a ragdoll kitten.
The Cherry on Top designer series paper stack from Stampin' Up is perfect for making birthday cards! I used the balloons, cake slice, and cupcake papers.
I cut out two of the cupcakes on the cupcake design paper and embellished them with gold glitter, which is also sprinkled throughout the card - the sequins, cat's collar, candles, and greeting.
I also used the candles paper on the inside of the card:
Since my birthday girl likes Hello, Kitty, she should love her card, don't you think?!
