Welcome to Celebrations, the July blog hop with Di's Country INKers! Crystal's blog was just before mine and I know she did an awesome project.
I love stars and they are great for any kind of celebration, right? So I pulled out all my star-related Stampin' Up supplies and made this card!
I used the stars embossing folder, star diecuts, stars punch, red/white baker's twine, and two little star stamps from Christmas stamp sets (can you believe it!). Since we will be celebrating 4th of July soon, the cherry cobbler red, white, and night of navy theme was perfect.
Here are a couple closeups of my card:
After I took pictures of my card, I thought that you could take this design up a notch by making it a shaker card with little star sequins inside.
I got this card sketch design from Paper Craft Crew's card sketch upcoming challenge #151...

Love it and oh yes a shaker card would be fun wouldn't it? It almost looks like that now. Smooches and hugs, Di
