For the month of March, I am having a special sale on the cards in my Etsy shop!!  

Buy 3 cards and only pay $1 for shipping!! 

So your total would be $10 for 3 cards AND shipping. 

The way it works with Paypal is that I would refund you the difference of $3 after you pay for 3 cards and shipping of $13 ($3 for each card = $9; $2 shipping on first card, and $2 shipping for the 2nd and 3rd cards).
